1. Acceptance

By accessing and using the website, platform and application of Centro TCP — Tenis con Pasión ("Centro TCP", "we"), as well as by enrolling in its programs, the user accepts these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Centro TCP provides tennis training and athletic development services, as well as digital tools (website, management platform and mobile app) to manage students, training, communication and online tuition payments.

3. Enrollment, tuition and payments

Enrollment in the programs is subject to availability and to the requirements set by Centro TCP.
Tuition and charges are billed according to the current plans. Online payments are processed through secure payment providers.
Refund, withdrawal and late-payment policies are communicated at the time of enrollment.

4. User accounts

The user is responsible for keeping their account and password confidential, and for all activity carried out from their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

5. Proper use

The user agrees to use the services lawfully and respectfully, refraining from any conduct that could damage, disable or affect the platform, other users or Centro TCP.

6. Minors

When the student is a minor, registration and use of the services are carried out under the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on their behalf.

7. Intellectual property

The content, trademarks, logos, training materials and software are the property of Centro TCP or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Their reproduction without consent is not authorized.

8. Limitation of liability

Centro TCP makes its best efforts to provide a quality service, but does not guarantee that the digital services will be free of interruptions or errors. Sports practice involves inherent risks that the user acknowledges and accepts.

9. Changes

Centro TCP may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the city of Mérida, Yucatán.
