Identification and contact: name, date of birth, address, phone and email of the student and, where applicable, their parent or legal guardian.
Sports data: training information, evaluations, attendance and results.
Payment data: what is needed to process tuition (card data is handled directly by the payment provider; we do not store it).

We use your data to: provide athletic training services; manage enrollment, tuition and payments; track the student's progress; communicate with you about the academy; and, with your consent, send you promotional information.

We do not sell your data. We may only share it with providers who help us operate (for example, payment processors and technology services), who are required to protect it, and with authorities when required by law.

5. Minors' data

We process minors' data only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, and solely to provide the sports and tracking service.
